Thoughts of Master Elect
Covid-19 has affected everyone’s lives and I do hope you have been able to stay safe and well. Due to the the tremendous effort by everyone dealing with the pandemic, restrictions are being slowly eased and we are able to return to activities that were part of our normal way of life.
The Grand Lodge of Spain and the Provincial Grand Lodge of the Balearics have allowed Lodges to resume Masonic meetings and I as Master Elect of the Ramon Llull Lodge No9 now look forward to returning to Masonic activities which have been suspended since March 2020.
The first meeting will be held on Thursday 21st October. It will be The Installation meeting for the Worshipful Master and the officers for the year 2021/2022.
It will an honour to be the WM, great to meet again as a Lodge and become involved with supporting our nominated charities.
I look forward to joining with our Members and visiting Brethren at our regular meetings.

Freemasons do not usually publicise what they do but last weekend they were on show at a supermarket in Palmanova with their annual trolly dash organised by Lodge Pythagoras.
Ramon Llull bids farewell to W. Bro. Roy Stead with a lodge of sorrow
Those who remember Roy will recollect as always being very smart and properly dressed. I am sure that this trait came from his military career, of which, he was very proud.
He became a Mason in the UK, excelled in the craft and achieved London Grand Rank.
